
The late Tom Morgan is playing great music on WWOZ-FM, as usual, and this week he’s featuring new Orleaans singles recorded in 1950 by a plethora of Crescent City artists including Louis Armstrong, the New Orleans Moonshiners, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band with Dr. John, New Orleans Cottonmouth Kings, Washboard Rodeo, the Storyville String Band, the 6-7/8 String Band, snf a pair of unidentified artists to close it out.
