From our Vintage Radio Vaults, the late Tom Morgan returns with his great program from 2014 on WWOZ-FM called Jazz Roots, with a fine set of music by Duke Ellington & his Cotton Club Orchestra, the Quintet of the Hot Club of France, a conversation with Francois Debros, President of the Hot Club of Paris, and a long set of music with commentary by Willie “The Lion” Smith, plus the closing theme by Jelly Roll Morton.
